Qualification Requirement Experience
Candidate should be a Graduate in Civil Engineering (BE/B.T ech) preferably with an MBA (with specialization in Construction/Project Management) from reputed and recognized institution/University and should have 7 (seven) years of post-qualification executive experience out of which 2 years in the next below level post. Candidate with multiple project experience in infrastructure development above 10 crores and conversant with contract management / project management with compliance of government guidelines etc. would be preferred. T he applicant must be self motivated professional with proven leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. Should also possess considerable drive and initiative with proven ability to manage and develop large building/projects. Qualification Requirement & Experience
Candidates should be a full time MBAs or equivalent from a recognised Institution/University with specialization in Marketing. The candidate should have a minimum of three years post qualification executive experience in a large and reputed organization. The applicant must be self motivated professional with proven leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. Should also possess considerable drive and initiative with proven ability to manage and motivate and be effective in developing productive business relationships. Knowledge of computer is also desirable.
Selected candidates would primarily be responsible for development and execution of aggressive marketing strategies, developing new markets for helicopters services, identifying potential customers, advertising and promotional campaigns, providing marketing support, interacting with key customers etc. The candidates would be required to visit various areas/locations; potential customers to identify various sectors which could be connected by helicopters for deployment of helicopters, other business opportunities.
