Details of qualification required for the Post of Data Entry Operator

Note: The Qualification of the candidates must be from a recognised University/Institution. The application form may be downloaded from our website www.doeaccchd.edu.in or obtained personally on all working days and be submitted strictly in the prescribed proforma alongwith non refundable registration fee of Rs.

350/- in cash before start of the interview. Rs. 650/- will be charged from the selected candidates for Fifteen Hours training on specialized software. Candidates with competence of data entry on the software will be empanelled for the job of data entry operator.. Interested Candidates may appear for Walk-in-interview as per details given below:

The candidates should attach copies of certificates/ mark sheets, Date of Birth certificate, passport size photograph, and experience certificates with the application form and should bring all testimonials/ certificates/ experience certificates in original at the time of interview.

The application forms will not be sent by post on request. Incomplete application forms and the

application forms of the candidates who fail to fulfill the eligibility criteria will be summarily rejected and no further queries/ communication will be entertained in this regard.
